摘要：暨杨凌职业技术学院成功入选省级高水平高职学校建设单位（A档）后，为该校的高质量发展注入新动能。在此背景下，针对高职院校葡萄酒、果酒类检验检测专业人才固定的考核模式与“双高”院校人才培养目标不匹配的问题，提出课程考核评价改革创新的思路，探索多维度考核评价下的课程教学改革新模式，构建更加科学、合理的考核评价体系，更好地达到课程教学目标，推进“葡萄酒检验分析”课程教学新模式的发展。

Reform and Practice of Course Assessment Evaluation under the Background of“Double High”Construction

——Taking“Wine Inspection and Analysis”Course as an Example

Abstract: After being successfully selected as a provincial high- level vocational school construction unit （A level）， Yangling Vocational and Technical College has been injected new impetus into its high- quality development. In this context，in response to the mismatch between the fixed assessment mode for talent in the wine and fruit wine inspection and testing profession at higher vocational colleges and the“dual-high”school talent training goals， innovative ideas were proposed for curriculum assessment evaluation reform， exploring a new model of curriculum teaching reform under multidimensional assessment evaluation， constructing a more scientific and reasonable assessment evaluation system， better achieving curriculum teaching objectives， and promoting development of a new model of teaching for the course“Wine Inspection Analysis”.
